This mural was realised in November 2016 by volunteers from the Charlote Country Day School in the town of Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, based upon my designs for The Swift People #1 and The Swift People #3. Illuminated by the moon, a flock of swifts fly in a circusing movement before soaring up towards the chimney of the house. I was very happy to hear about this mural being painted - even happier when I got to see the mural in real life a few months later - and it is clear the popularity of the swift people image among the community of Melkhoutfontein continues ever stronger!
