In 2013, the international art initiative Dreams & Divinities held a major group art exhibition in the city of Toledo, Spain: this was the first time I participated in such a show, and the intense experiences of meeting a glittering array of other artists - as well as the labyrinthine nature of the city itself, with its winding roads and medieval buildings - left a powerful impression upon me. On returning home to Britain, these impressions fell out of me onto this dense illustration.
