During that period of my artistic development, I used a great deal of found objects and the card had originally come from a flat pack wardrobe, hence the folding marks along the centre of the piece and the wonkiness of some parts of the camera image. The image is also a little bluish in places on account of the camera flash.

The glossiness made the card a very difficult medium to work with and inks would often not settle properly until several layers, however the dark blue would prove to be the most difficult. This may have contributed to me abandoning the piece originally.
