This gallery speaks of something entirely more modern: the mythopsychological themes which seem to underlie all modern cultures. There are themes here ranging from visitation and contact with part of the psyche not often touched to suggestions of the living landscape, from life and death to the sense of magic (slightly lost) in our world today. Again, these are infused with personal dreamlike and visionary experiences and textures, and the increase in maturity of these works is underlain by the initiation of my professional artistic practice in 2007. |
