and examined and analysed
til the sun was down...
we found
that she lacked dna,
no genetic impulse at all...
"she is either
not alive
or not terrestrial..."
and we knew then
that she had come
from another dimension.
(i remember looking up to the sky
and wondering which star
she might have dropped from...)
