:: salviasongs :: quiet songs for salvic stillness :: Click on the image to hear the music in streaming audio format or visit the Shop to buy the CD This is an entirely different project altogether. Rather than trying to recreate sounds and voices from the salvia experience itself, this project is involved with creating music and songs which allow one to prepare for a salvia besagement in a quiet and meditiative way. In effect, it's designed to be accompanying music to meditative thought, and prohjects forward into future experiences rather than harking back to past besagements.

TRACK LISTING: As before, natural and environmental sounds are present, and soundscapes are commonly made up of layers of my singing voice. Most of the pieces have a song structure backed by ambient textures, at times lending a simple (or Spartan!) atmosphere of stillness throughout the project. Songs are sung in a number of different languages including English, Mazatec, Spanish and some whispered Nahuatl. The streaming audio content is provided for your personal enjoyment only, and for no other purpose. You may not reproduce or copy them in any way, sell them or upload them onto any other information storage area, either online or offline, nor falsify authorship as to who created them. Files have been cut down to 56kbps to ensure a faster download - t he original, high quality music can be found on the CD. |
