:: GENERAL SALES QUERIES ::
I want to buy something but I don't have a PayPal account
At present I only use PayPal, for several reasons. In the main, it offers excellent security and protection for both you the customer and me the seller. Unfortunately, other methods such as cheque or money order are just not financially viable routes for me to go down. I would suggest therefore that you sign up for a PayPal account if you can. If you don't have a credit card, then ask a family member to help you out.
Can I pay by cheque through PayPal?
I believe it's possible but it's a lengthy process. I generally won't start fulfilling the order until the cheque has cleared. I'd also ask that you email me before choosing this route, just so I am aware of it and can track progress to ensure the best service to you.
Please never send me cash through the post
Apart from anything else, it's illegal.
:: CDs & MUSIC ::
My CD-R doesn't play in my CD Player
If your CD Player is over seven years old, it may not be able to play the CD-R format in which the CDs are sold, and no replacement from me will remedy this. Please check whether your CD Player can play CD-Rs before purchase. Most modern CD and DVD Players can read CD-Rs just fine so no need to worry. If the CD doesn't play, try it on a newer player and you may find it works. Alternatively, the CD may be faulty or damaged. This is rare as I check each one befopre dispatch, but if you do receive a faulty CD that fails to play on more than one amchine, I will of course send out a replacement straight away.
I can't hear the streaming audio files
Please email me in this situation, informing me of which CD project you tried to hear, what music player you're using and any other information you feel is relevant. I will aim to rememdy the situation asap.
The CD packaging is damaged on delivery
If the CD covers themselves are damaged when they are delivered, I will either send out a replacement set, or provide a PDF download for you to self-print. That said, each CD I send out is securely packed to ensure it arrives at your door in mint condition.
:: PROBLEMS ::
My ordered items haven't arrived
When ordering, please allow a minimum of 21 to 28 days delivery, particularly if you live in Oceania or East Asia. If after this time your CD or art print hasn't arrived, then please email me to arrange a replacement.
The art print is damaged on delivery
Please contact me on receipt of the item(s) and tell me when they were received and what the nature of the damage is and I will send out replacements for you.
You've sent me the wrong art print or CD
Ooops! Email me with the details of what you received and what you ordered/expected, and I will rectify the order.
It's not quite the professional quality I expected.
Please note that I am not the owner of a professional manufacturing company, but an artist and musician who makes hand-made items for sale via this site. I will always endeavour to produce a high quality product which delights customers with its personal touch, but it won't be corporate-level manufacturing quality.
