This was a curious discovery walking one June evening in the local forest with my partner. A large mushroom caught my eye and it wasn't until I got quite close that I saw the two pennies sitting on top. Now normally, I'd pick these pennies up for good luck (see my Penny Project for a little neurological experiment involving pennies) but here it didn't feel right to do that at all... they were for the mushroom people to enjoy so I took a picture instead...
