This is a minimal digital rendering of Song Of Heaven, a piece based on Israeli rock art commissioned as part of the Negev Project. I felt the form of this particular petroglyph lends itself well to a digital format, and the track up to the northern sky is still very clear. A modified form of this piece was also used as the cover of Heaven:Track, a mid-2007 electronic music CD released under my nom de musique abando. |
